 | Patrick Curry, Acting President Born and raised in Antigonish, NS, Patrick is a 4th generation funeral director, having been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 2002. Patrick is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University (Class of ’97) and graduated from the Funeral Service Education program at the Kingstec Campus of the Nova Scotia Community College in Kentville, NS in 2000. From there, he spent five years working with Kelly Funeral Homes in Ottawa, two years managing the Winchester & Chesterville Funeral Homes in Ontario, and has been back in his native Antigonish since April of 2008 in the family funeral home. Currently Acting President of the Funeral Service Association of Nova Scotia, Patrick is Past President of the Antigonish Chamber of Commerce and has participated in amateur theatre in Antigonish. |
 | Alan MacLeod Jr., Past-President, Director A second generation funeral director, Al started working part-time with his dad, Alan MacLeod Sr. at Ettinger Funeral Home as a teenager. He graduated from the Funeral Services Program at the Kingstec Campus, NSCC in Kentville in 1994 . He completed his apprenticeship and earned his Funeral Director and Embalmer’s licences in 1996. Al is currently the chairman of the Shubenacadie Community Development Association. Al and his wife Kelly live in Shubenacadie East. He is the proud father of Holly, Ben and Jack. He enjoys carpentry work, skiing and spending time with his young family. |

 | Andrew MacDiarmid, Director Andrew is a second generation funeral director who has been working in the profession for over 20 years. An Oxford native, he enjoys serving families in the greater community of Northern Nova Scotia, through his three businesses, MacDiarmid's Funeral Home in Oxford, Mundle's Funeral Home in Pugwash and Coulter's Funeral Home in Tatamagouche. He is a family man who enjoys being with his wife, Leta, daughters, Rachel and Marlee. |

Andrew is a graduate of Acadia University and the NSCC Kingstec Funeral and Allied Health Services Program. He became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 2006. He and his wife Jennie, who also works with the funeral home, along with their son Ryan, make their home in Shelburne |
