Currently those interested in pursuing a Career in the Funeral Profession , as a Licensed Embalmer, or Funeral Director, and you want to study in the Province of Nova Scotia, you must follow the Program offered by Kingstec Community College in Kentville, Nova Scotia, in the Funeral & Allied Health Services  Program.

However, if you want to pursue a career as only a Licensed Funeral Director, you can follow the Province of Nova Scotia's Funeral Director's Apprenticeship Program.

Also at the present time there is an on line Funeral Directors and Embalmers Program.
